Under the Arm (UA): This point is about 4 inches below your armpit (10 cm). For men, it is in line with the nipple. For women, it is where the bra strap would be. Tap gently with a closed fist or two or more fingers on this point.

Top of the Head (TH): This point is located on the crown of your head. Tap gently with your fingertips or the palm of your hand on this point.

 The tapping sequence typically involves starting with the Karate Chop Point (KC) and then progressing through the remaining points in the following order:
