I don’t know about you, but I have found in my own life that when I am suffering from chronic pain or illness, my emotions and thoughts are often very negative. These negative thoughts can make things worse because they stress your body more, making your pain worse. How can you heal your body with your subconscious mind? One way you can heal your body with your subconscious mind is by using self-talk and visualisation practices to clear out these negative beliefs and attitudes about your pain or illness to release negativity from within yourself.

How do you activate your subconscious mind? First, you must honestly believe you can heal your body with your subconscious mind

First, you must truly believe you can use your mind to heal your body. Suppose that sounds like a lot of work. Before starting any healing program, it is essential to understand the mind-body connection and its power. You have to be able to accept and embrace the idea that you can use your subconscious mind as an instrument for healing before anything else will work. If you don’t honestly believe this, it won’t matter how great your intentions are or how much time and effort you put into the process—you won’t get any results.

Next, you need to figure out precisely what you want to be healed.

Imagine that every organ in your body works properly without any problems at all – see yourself with perfect eyesight or perfect hearing if this is what you desire. Breathe deeply and feel the air infusing each cell of your body with oxygen which helps to promote healing on all levels of being. Visualise life energy flowing through every cell like water through pipes so that nothing can block its flow, slow it down, or cause any harm.

Imagine you wake up tomorrow morning after having slept soundly through the night. You did not even wake up once during the night due to an ache anywhere on your body because you now know how easy it is to heal yourself using only your mind.

If we imagine something happening that isn’t real (like being able to fly), our subconscious mind will try its best to make those thoughts come true. This means that by visualising your body as healthy and strong instead of broken or damaged through self-talk, your subconscious will help you become healthier over time by sending your body healing messages.
